Change Vision Template
We’re pleased to offer you access to Brooks Bell’s proprietary Change Vision Template. This document is meant to serve as a starting point for aligning leadership and kickstarting meaningful change within your organization.
How to use this resource:
First, fill out the form to download the template and you will receive the guide via email.
Then, convene your leadership team for a collaborative brainstorming session to clearly define the vision of your change or transformation initiative. Thoughtfully answer each of the nine questions posed in the document, and be sure to allot enough time to come to agreement or consensus.
Finally, once the team is finished and aligned with this framework, transition the output into a culturally-relevant artifact, such as a word doc, brief, press release, powerpoint presentation. This document will serve as a critical resource to getting the rest of your team aligned around the desired change.
